Yoga is a physical and spiritual practice that promotes physical and mental strength and flexibility while incorporating mindfulness, breath-work and meditation techniques to calm the mind and reduce stress. It is a transformative tool for self-awareness and personal growth as the lessons you flow through on the mat have the power to transfer into other areas of your life. With so many styles of yoga, there is bound to be a class for you.

As I am currently traveling, I am only offering online yoga classes; group classes are currently paused.
