Life isn’t one-size-fits-all – and neither is wellness. I take time to really get to know you so we can craft a path that fits your unique needs. Forget about crash diets and temporary fixes; here it’s all about sustainable change that lasts. Together, we’ll explore the correlation between lifestyle and mood, helping you make choices that leave you feeling nourished, energized, and more in tune with yourself. 

With bi-monthly sessions, we will dive deep into your goals, challenges and aspirations, identifying and overcoming any obstacles that may have previously discouraged you or gotten in your way. The 1:1 sessions are conducted via video call, so no matter where you are in the world this program is accessible to you. Between sessions you will be tasked with empowering “homework” assignments and exercises that aim to provide clarity and solutions. The goal of this program is to empower you with the right tools that will guide you throughout the many phases of life.
