I feel more energized, less stressed, I have lost almost 8kgs, my skin is better, my period cramps have become very minor, and I feel much more calm and relaxed. I fixed my bed time and added the gym to my daily routine which were 2 goals of mine that I was able to achieve. I am now also focusing more on the quality of the food that I eat as well as my gut health which played a major role in a short period of time. I have learned to listen to my body and be kind to myself.
