Zaina is a beautiful soul who gives everything in her to help her clients really do it all to get to their goals, be it small or big. I needed help organizing my overall life and allowing grief to take place. Zaina helped me understand what I went through and what is currently happening with me, in order to accept and deal with it in a different way in order to heal. I feel I finally have an edge on understanding my emotions, to let go, to listen to my feelings and my body.
